In the afternoon of March 20, Mr. Hon Allen Bell, Chief Minister of the Isle of Man Government, led a delegation from the Isle of Man Government and enterprises to visit the Group. Cheng Xingui, Chairman of the Group, met with the delegation, accompanied by Mr. Weng, Assistant President and Marketing Director of the Group. The Isle of Man is an offshore island located between England and Ireland, a British Crown Dependency with an independent government and the eighth largest GDP per capita in the world. The relatively low taxation makes the Isle of Man a world-renowned international offshore financial center.
